I made the Max BMW Newsletter

Last week I received the Max BMW Newsletter by email. I read through and there was a section about the Minute Man 1000. Cool! So I read a little more, and there was a picture of me in there. Sweet! I put the excerpt in below.

June: A Busy Month So Far!

This month started off with a bang and riders of every type have been busy all over New England every weekend. Below are a few photos of the activities and events so far:

MAX BMW started the month by celebrating our 7th anniversary in NH and our 5th anniversary at our NY location. Wayne Davis sent along this memento documenting the historic sale of the first bike on June 7, 2002:

Endurance riders rallied through the day and night in the Minuteman 1000 Endurance Rally. 32 riders earned their Iron Butt Association Saddle Sore 1000 certificate for completing 1000 miles in 24 hours. 24 other riders competed for points by accumulating bonuses all over the northeast. The photo below was the points bonus for being at the Adamsville, RI "Crazy Rooster Crowing Midnight" bonus location at midnight:

Minuteman riders also stopped at the MAX BMW checkpoint for a rest and food on Saturday evening:
